Divisional Commissioner Deepak Rawat heard the problems of the complainants in the public court today and directed the concerned officers to solve their problems as soon as possible, then the same complaints of some of the complainants and the officials were called directly and resolved the problem.
Family dispute, TC, private land dispute, revenue, road, electricity, employment, disaster, drinking water, land, encroachment, problem by the complainants in the public court, as well as Gaulapar damaged canal repair, trenching ground waste disposal and from Rakasia drain Hundreds of complaints related to water logging etc. have been registered.
Hundreds of complaints came in Janata Darbar
The Gaulapar Main Irrigation Canal which was damaged in the disaster last year, till present the work of the canal was not started, along with Arjun Bisht, the former district panchayat member of the area, along with the village heads of the area gave a memorandum to the commissioner.
Commissioner Deepak Rawat talked to the Chief Engineer Irrigation over the telephone and the Chief Engineer said that about 5 crore rupees have been sent to the government for the repair of the canal.
People of Prempur Loshali Gram Sabha apprised the commissioner that the water of Rakasia drain enters their houses during the rainy season. On which the commissioner said that the drainage plan of Haldwani city is under consideration.
He directed the Chief Engineer Irrigation to include the drainage plan of Rakasia drain so that the water which comes in Rakasia drain can be diverted into Bhakra river.
Complaints about dumping of garbage near Gaulapar trenching ground road were made by the local people of Gaulapar. On which the commissioner said that since last month the tenders of solid waste were not coming, soon the tenders will be opened on Monday.
Report sought from district magistrates on 25 cases of land forgery
Commissioner Deepak Rawat said that about 25 cases of land forgery have come to the district court. Mr. Rawat has called for a report from all the district magistrates in this regard, soon proposals will be placed in the land counterfeiting committee. The commissioner said that all the sub-divisional magistrates have been directed to resolve the land related litigations which are pending in the courts since years in a time bound manner.
Ward No. 2 Kaladhugi resident Ranjit Kaur informed in her application that she was married in the year 2019 in Punjab, after marriage, dowry was demanded by the in-laws, leaving her husband’s house from the year 2020 and had come to her maternal home. It was ordered by the court that maintenance of 6 thousand rupees should be given per month, till now the maintenance has not been given by the husband. On which the commissioner directed the SSP to take action.
People of Adarsh Colony Judge Farm said that a hi-tech mushroom plant has been installed in their residential area, which causes noise pollution. On which the commissioner directed the city magistrate to conduct on-site inspection and submit the report. In the Janata Darbar, along with domestic problems, dozens of problems of transfer, land disputes, financial assistance etc. were resolved on the spot by the commissioner.
