Income Tax Department has sent a notice of Rs 70 lakh to a daily wage laborer in Roorkee. After getting the notice, the daily wage laborers lost their senses. The Income Tax Department says that a firm operates in Delhi in the name of the concerned. In which transactions of lakhs of rupees are being done with other firms. This notice has been issued for non-payment of income tax. On the complaint of the victim, the police have started investigating the matter.
Sunil Kumar, a resident of Krishna Nagar, street number-21 of Ganganahar Kotwali area, takes care of the family by doing daily wages. Sunil Kumar has been issued a notice of Rs 70 lakh by the Income Tax Department located in Shamli, Uttar Pradesh. Sunil Kumar is very upset after getting the notice.

Through income tax advocate Vikas Kumar Saini, Sunil contacted Income Tax Officer Abhishek Kumar Jain of Income Tax Department Shamli. He told that a firm named M/s SGN Bros, Delhi is registered in his name.

Sunil’s PAN card is installed in the firm. GST number has been taken in his name. His firm has transactions worth lakhs of rupees with other firms. Due to this notice has been issued.
Sunil Kumar told that he is very poor. There is no firm in his name. Someone has misused his PAN card. The victim has given the Tahrir of the case to the Ganganahar Kotwali police. Police has started investigating the matter.
Advocate Vikas Kumar Saini told that someone has opened a fake firm in the name of Sunil Kumar. On this basis, the Income Tax Department has issued a notice of 70 lakh three thousand to Sunil Kumar.
