Devbhoomi Jan Seva Kendras have emerged as a major medium of digital payment in the state in the last one year. Transactions worth Rs 602 crore have taken place through these centers in a year. Which is the highest pay till date. According to the data released by the Information Technology Department, there are 22,244 public service centers (CSC) registered in the state in the financial year 2022-23, out of which 12,213 are active. Of these, 1273 centers are run by women.
There are 9033 active public service centers established in gram panchayats. In the financial year, 56 lakh 29 thousand transactions have taken place from these CSCs, through which transactions of Rs 602 crore have taken place. This is the highest score ever. This shows that the trend of digital payment is increasing rapidly in the state.

More than 4 lakh certificates have been issued
On the other hand, under the Pradhan Mantri Gramin Digital Saksharta Abhiyan, a target was set to provide digital literacy to five lakh six thousand rural beneficiaries, under which seven lakh 87 thousand have been registered. Out of these 6 lakh 678 thousand 565 have been trained while certificates have been issued to 4 lakh 98 thousand 708.
