Haldwani Land Case: CM Dhami taking meeting, hearing be held in Supreme Court on June 5

Haldwani Land Case once again come in headlines when CM Pushkar Singh Dhami is taking meeting at the secretariat regarding the Banbhulpura case. The matter is to be heard in the Supreme Court on June 5.

CM Dhami is holding an important meeting with officials at the secretariat in connection with the alleged encroachment on railway land at Banbhulpura in Haldwani. The next hearing in the Banbhulpura case is to be held in the Supreme Court on June 5.

Chief Secretary Sukhbir Singh Sandhu, Additional Chief Secretary Radha Raturi, Anand Vardhan and Kumaon Commissioner are present in the meeting chaired by Dhami at the secretariat.

Let us tell you that in Banbhulpura of Haldwani, the Supreme Court had stayed the proceedings of demolishing about 50,000 houses till an advance order, alleging encroachment on a large part of the railway land.
