Today, Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami participated virtually from district Champawat under the #HarGharTiranaga campaign of the civic body. Under this campaign, programs were organized in all the 13 districts of the state.
Uttarakhand CM said that the ‘Har Ghar Tiranga Abhiyan’ started on the call of Prime Minister Narendra Modi has taken the form of a mass movement. A large number of people are participating in it.
Especially the enthusiasm of the youth is visible. Cleanliness campaigns should also be conducted in the municipal bodies in the ‘Har Ghar Tiranga Abhiyan’.
Special cleaning should be done for martyr monuments, public function places, statues of martyrs and great men. Wherever the tricolor is hoisted, the cleanliness of those public places should also be ensured.
Freedom fighters and their families, families of martyred soldiers and martyrs of state agitators, ex-servicemen, distinguished people of the state honored with Padma awards, sportspersons who brought laurels to the state and the country should also be associated with the program.
CM Pushkar Singh Dhami appealed to hoist the Tricolor symbolizing the pride of the country in every house and said that our country is constantly touching new heights.
He said, “Our pride tricolor gives us the message every moment, in which saffron color gives the message of renunciation, white color gives peace and green color gives the message of prosperity.”
On this occasion MP Almora Ajay Tamta, Chairman of Forest Development Corporation Shri Kailash Gahatodi, District President BJP Vineet Pathak, Municipal President Vijay Verma and other dignitaries were present.
