Lucknow: To improve the quality of madrasa education, the BJP government will take the support of Nishtha program. Under this, Madrasa teachers will be given training in each subject every year. The way training is given to basic teachers, the same type of training will be given to madrassa teachers.
Government’s focus on providing better education to madrassa teachers
- Uttar Pradesh Madarsa Board is working fast in this direction. Soon it may get the green signal from the government.
- The state government is taking several steps to provide better education to the madrassa teachers.
- After starting the NCERT syllabus, now the government is also going to provide regular training to the teachers.
- The Union Ministry of Human Resource Development has launched the NISHTHA scheme for training teachers.
The main goal of this scheme is to update the teachers so that they can educate the children in a better way. Through this, the thinking ability of teachers increases.
Teachers will be prepared for online studies in madrassas
Last year, the state government started online training through the Diksha portal of the National Council of Educational Research and Training (NCERT) with the aim of preparing teachers for online studies in madrassas. But this training remained limited to a few districts. In the sequel to this, teachers will now be given training for each subject every year.
