Mumbai: Comedian Kapil Sharma TV show has once again come into the limelight. There has been a demand to file an FIR in the district court of Shivpuri against “The Kapil Sharma Show” episode running on Sony TV.
It is alleged that in one episode, some actors of the show are shown acting on stage drinking in the open while the bottle reads that drinking is injurious to health.
The application refers to “The Kapil Sharma Show” episode of 19 January 2020, whose repeat telecast was also done on 24 April 2021. The next hearing of the case has been fixed for October 1.
The lawyer says that, ‘The Kapil Sharma show aired on Sony TV is very sloppy. Here girls are also lewd comments in the show. In one show, a court was set up on the stage and the stars drank in public on the stage. This law is contempt of court, so I have demanded registration of FIR against the culprits under Section 356/3 in the court, so that the display of such sloppiness can be stopped.
Apart from him, there are stars like Sumona Chakraborty, Bharti Singh, Krishna Abhishek, Sudesh Lahiri, Kiku Sharda and Archana Singh in this show of Kapil Sharma.
