Dehradun: In a video circulated on social media, YouTuber Bobby Kataria is seen obstructing traffic by placing chair table on the middle road on Mussoorie Kimadi Marg, consuming alcohol in public place, recklessly driving motorcycle in an intoxicated state, had gone viral.
Taking cognizance of the above broadcast video, instructions were given by Senior Superintendent of Police Dehradun to Inspector-in-Charge Cantt to take necessary legal action. On which the said person was registered against Bobby Kataria at the police station Cantt.
After the complaint was registered, notices were issued to YouTuber Bobby Kataria for recording the statement by the investigating officer. But even after repeated calls, the accused Babi Kataria neither gave any reply to the notice nor appeared before the investigating officer for the statement.
While obtaining a non-bailable warrant from the Hon’ble Court against the accused, the police raided for his arrest, but since the registration of the case, the accused is absconding continuously.
On which the Senior Superintendent of Police Dehradun Sir has announced a reward of Rs 25000/- on the accused Bobby Kataria.
