Uttarakhand Jobs: Four thousand posts of class IV employees will be recruited through outsource in the education department in schools and departmental offices. It has been approved by the Personnel Department. Its proposal has been sent to the Finance Department. Apart from this, CRP, BRP will also be outsourced to 950 posts.
Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami had recently taken a review meeting of the Education Department and directed the officers to fill the vacant posts in the department. Following the instructions of the Chief Minister, along with the appointment of guest teachers on the posts of lecturers in the department, preparations are on to fill the vacant posts of class IV and the posts of CRP, BRP.
According to Education Secretary Ravinath Raman, there are more than seven thousand posts of Class IV employees in the department, out of which the vacant posts are to be filled through outsource. For this, a proposal has been sent by the department to the Personnel and Finance Department.
Its approval has been received from the Personnel Department, while some objections were raised by the Finance Department. After settling the objection from the department, it has been sent again to the Finance Department. After getting approval from finance, outsourced staff will be appointed on the vacant posts of class IV.
950 CRP, BRP will be outsourced
According to Education Secretary Ravinath Raman, CRP, BRP are to be appointed on 950 posts in the department. It has been said by the Personnel Department that the work of CRP, BRP should be taken from the serving teachers, but the High Court has ordered that the serving teachers should not be engaged in this work.
The Education Secretary said that if this work is taken from the teachers, the education of the students will be affected. In view of this, a proposal has been sent to the personnel to appoint them through outsource. CRP, BRP will be outsourced on an honorarium of about Rs 40 thousand.
