Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami has assured the youth of the state that there is no delay in the competitive examinations, so that the pending examinations will be organized on the basis of the qualifications of UKSSSC by the Public Service Commission or any other organization, a proposal will be brought in the cabinet soon. .
He said, UKSSSC case is under investigation and a high level committee is investigating the appointments made in the assembly. The government is aware of the interests of the youth, strict action is being taken against those who are guilty. A campaign will be launched to fill the vacant posts soon.
Chief Minister Dhami said that the state government will not compromise on the policy of zero tolerance on corruption. The government will take strict action in all these matters as per the hopes and aspirations of the youth. No injustice will be allowed to any working youth.
He said that, we want to set an example so that such incidents do not recur, because we are concerned about our sons and daughters, their present and future. Such a system of recruitment processes will have to be made in the state, so that in future no one can even think like this.
The STF has made the 35th arrest in the UKSSSC paper leak case as per the instructions of the Chief Minister. Along with this, the judicial remand action of the four accused arrested earlier in the UKSSSC graduate level exam paper leak case has also been taken in the Secretariat Guard exam leak case.
Giving strict instructions, CM Dhami has said that no guilty will be spared. A total reward of three lakh rupees has been announced by the Director General of Police on the two absconding criminals in the paper leak case.

Chairman, Uttarakhand Public Service Commission, Dr. Rakesh Kumar informed that important decisions have been taken by the commission to conduct the various Group ‘C’ examinations assigned to the Uttarakhand Public Service Commission in a transparent and time bound manner at the earliest.
He said that in the first phase, advertisements for various posts including police constable, revenue sub-inspector/lekhpal, forest constable and assistant accountant/auditor are proposed to be issued weekly in October 2022 in relation to the vacancies made available to the commission. In order to give sufficient time to the candidates to prepare for the examinations, the examination for the above posts can be conducted in the month of December 2022 as well as in January, February and March, 2023. A separate release will be issued in the newspapers regarding this.
Dr. Rakesh Kumar said that in order to conduct the selection process of these Group C posts smoothly as soon as possible, 06 personnel have been deployed by forming a separate section. The original requisition regarding the previously advertised and un-advertised posts for various departments has been sent back to the government by the Subordinate Service Selection Commission. Which will now be conducted through the Public Service Commission, along with the former candidates will not be charged.
UKSSSC Secretary Surendra Singh Rawat informed that 13 examinations, for which advertisements have been published by the Commission in the past and 05 such examinations, for which UKSSSC has received requisition and advertisement has not been published. All of them have been returned to the government. These examinations will now be conducted by the Public Service Commission. It has been clarified by the government that in the recruitment of police department in these examinations, in which the physical efficiency test has been conducted, only the candidates who have passed the written examination will be conducted by the Public Service Commission.
Apart from this, in respect of ranker examination and other examinations whose results have been declared, further action will be taken by UKSSSC by conducting tests on case to case basis.
