Haridwar News: Theft accused died in police custody, servant was in former MLA’s house

Theft accused died in Delhi in the custody of Bahadarabad police station. The deceased accused is said to be a resident of Bijnor and a servant of former MLA Suresh Rathore. He had left the job six months back from the MLA’s place. The police arrested him on the charges of theft.

The police had taken him to Delhi to recover the stolen goods. It is being told that in Delhi Ashok Nagar, he jumped from the roof of a house to escape from the police. He was taken to a hospital in Delhi in an injured condition, where he died. The name of the accused is being told as Ankit.
