The victim says that the accused Sukhbir Singh, posted in the army, had physical relations with her on the pretext of marriage. Sukhbir used to rape her whenever the holiday came. In this way the accused raped her 25 times. When the girl became pregnant, she also got an abortion. On July 11, the victim came to know that Sukhbir had got engaged to another girl.
The victim then met Sukhbir, pleaded to marry him, but Sukhbir did not agree. Sukhbir and his father Mukhtiar Singh also threatened the victim. To get justice, the girl had to take refuge in the court. However, the police have registered a case against Sukhbir Singh and his father Mukhtiar Singh on the orders of the court.
The police is investigating the matter Let us tell you that last week a similar case came up in Rudrapur also in the evening. Here the girl had accused the army Jawan of raping her on the pretext of marriage. The victim said that the accused had a relationship with her after the engagement. Later, in lieu of marriage, a car and a demand of 25 lakh cash was placed. At present the matter is with the police, investigation is going on.
