TMC to BJP fled workers now apologizing on loudspeakers that “BJP is fraud party”

Kolkata: After victory of Mamata Banerjee govt in West Bengal Assembly elections, it seems that rebel leaders and workers of Trinamool Congress (TMC) are now repenting.

Lot of BJP workers are roaming around and apologizing over loudspeakers for leaving TMC and joining the saffron party.

BJP workers are telling people that ‘BJP is a fraud and they have made a mistake by leaving TMC’.

From Labhpur, Bolpur and Sainthia in Birbhum district to Dhaniyakali in Hooghly district, BJP workers have sought a public apology like this.

However, Bharatiya Janata Party alleged TMC behind such a public apology. BJP said, West Bengal CM Mamata Banerjee’s TMC is behind such “intimidate and bully” ploy.

During announcement of the public apology in Bolpur ward number 18, it was said, “BJP had persuaded it somehow. But it is a fraud party. We have no other option but Mamata Banerjee and we are part of her development programme.”

A BJP worker named Mukul Mandal said, “I misunderstood the BJP. We want to go TMC.” In Sainthia, 300 BJP workers returned to TMC after taking oath. One of them includes former BJP Yuva Morcha Mandal President Tapas Saha.


“We went to the BJP by mistake. We are joining Trinamool today to support Mamata’s development work. I can’t do anything in BJP. But I am going to take part in development work in Trinamool.”
