Dehradun: Uttarakhand Government Spokesperson and Cabinet Minister Subodh Uniyal said that the state Government has decided to cancel the “Kawad Yatra” 2021 starting in the month of Sawan due to the Corona pandemic.

On the cancellation of “Kawad Yatra” by the Uttarakhand government, the DGP said that the written order of the government did not come to the police department.
He said, “We are making preparations keeping in view the possibility that “Kawad Yatra” 2021 will not happen. We have seen from which borders people come to the state. Our police will be stationed there.”
