Uttarkashi: Resort of Pulkit Arya, accused in Ankita murder case, was already demolished. Now UKSSSC is preparing for action against copying mafia Hakam Singh Rawat. It is told that, Hakam Singh Rawat is the main accused in UKSSSC paper leak case.
Today, Dhami government’s bulldozer will run on luxurious resort of Hakam Singh Rawat. Rawat has illegally built a resort on land of Revenue Department in Sankri Jakhol of Mori block. Resort was being operated illegally even though documents were not complete.
It will be broken by Revenue Department Uttarkashi today under leadership of Additional District Magistrate Uttarkashi and in presence of police force. Superintendent of Police Uttarkashi has also directed to deploy necessary police force in this regard, so that peace and order is maintained.
Let us inform that Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami has directed DGP Uttarakhand to take strict action against copying mafia under Gangster Act, after detecting illegal assets. After which STF has started action by registering case against 21 criminals under Gangster Act.
Benami, illegal property of UKSSSC copying mafia Hakam Singh has been searched. In the joint investigation (STF and Revenue Police) of resort constructed in village Sidri in Tehsil Mori of Hakam Singh, above resort has been found to be illegally constructed on the land of state government and the land of Govind Vanjiya Vihar, Purola.
It has also been learned that two apple orchards have been established by encroaching upon the land of state government. Seven bank accounts of accused Hakam have been traced, in which transactions worth lakhs have taken place in last year. Illegal money of more than 16 lakhs present in these accounts has been frozen.
