Haldwani: After Rudrapur, Sitarganj, Sidkul in Ranibagh! According to the speculation and announcement of CM Dhami, it seems to be the same at the moment. How is it implemented and in how much time it is in the womb of future. Because in our country it takes years to propose a plan, then its approval, then to mobilize land resources for it, then to implement it, then budget, Then launch, then launch etc. is a long and very slow process.
So now after Rudrapur, Sitarganj, Sidcul in Ranibagh!
At present, the Central Government has given 45.33 acres of HMT land located in Haldwani and Ranibagh of Nainital to Uttarakhand. After this, the way has been cleared for industrial development and establishment of new industries on this land. The state government was making efforts to take this land for a long time. Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami had requested Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Union Heavy Industries Minister Mahendra Nath Pandey in this regard.

In lieu of land, the state government will give Rs 72 crore 2 lakh 10 thousand as reserve price to the center.
The service industry will get a boost, as per the government’s plan to set up a new SIDCUL on about 60 acres of land in and around HMT. Where service and IT related industries will be promoted. SIDCUL MD Rohit Meena informed that the government intends that apart from 45.33 acres of HMT land, 12 acres of revenue land and about 30 acres of forest land will be used for the construction of SIDCUL.
