Haldwani: Woman has accused her husband’s friend of rape. In this complaint given to police, victim told that accused is friend of her husband. Both work together. Accused had made a nude video of married woman while taking bath some time back. Later he started blackmailing woman by threatening to make such video viral.
On behalf of nude video, he raped her several times. Not only this, accused also extorted two lakh rupees from victim. Accused started torturing the victim woman in various ways.
When situation became unbearable, victim approached to the police and lodged case against accused. Woman, resident of Kamaluvaganja, told police that accused named Rahul works with her husband. That’s why he keeps coming and going at home.
Victim told that some time ago Rahul made a video of her taking bath. After this, he blackmailed and raped her four times by threatening to put video on internet and make it viral.
Accused Rahul also blackmailed and recovered two lakh rupees from the woman in three installments. Even after this, accused did not stop blackmailing her. He also threatened to kill victim woman and her daughter if she complained to the police.
According to the woman, accused is of high reach. When she complained about accused to the village head, the head scolded the woman and drove her away. However, on the complaint of the victim, the police have registered case. Inspection of the matter is going on.
