Haldwani. Abdul Sami, former councilor of Municipality Haldwani Kathgodam and well-known Congress leader, passed away on Sunday evening due to heart attack. Abdul Sami was a member of the famous Abdullah family of Haldwani.
This evening he suffered heart attack at his line number eight home, after which his family members immediately rushed him to the hospital where doctors declared him brought dead.
There is wave of mourning in Haldwani due to his death. Abdul Sami was also the operator of Abdul Salam Public School in Bareilly Road. When he was member of the municipality, he was known for his image of public friendly leader. Carrom was also good.
