Rishikesh: News of Ankita Bhandari murder has spread sensation in Rishikesh. To escape from crime of Ankita’s murder case, accused had hatched a conspiracy to murder. Whole matter is open through Ankita’s Facebook friend.
Actually, Ankita’s friendship with Facebook was friendship with Pushp, who worked in Jammu. Pushp reached Rishikesh very next day after the incident. He told Ankita’s family and police that he had spoken to Ankita on the night of incident.
Ankita tells him that she is trapped. She also said that the resort operator and manager pressured him to have physical relations with the customers. Ankita told that resort operator Pulkit Arya also molested Ankita while intoxicated.
Pushp told that Ankita’s phone got switched off at 8.30 pm, after which her phone did not open. When he called Pulkit Arya, he said that Ankita has slept in her room. After this Pulkit Arya’s phone was also switched off on next day.
Then Pushp spoke to manager Ankit alias Pulkit Gupta. He said that Ankita is in gym. Pushp said that after this he spoke to chef of hotel. Chef told that he had not seen Ankita since night. In the morning, Ankit alias Pulkit Gupta informed Pushp that Ankita has gone somewhere.
Let us inform that the three accused took Ankita out with them at 8.30 pm on the day of incident, while she did not want to go out with them. Trio pushed him in the Chila Shakti canal, about one and half kilometers away from barrage towards Haridwar.
When they went back to the resort, Ankita was not with them. He fabricated story and told staff that Ankita had gone to the room. Food was brought to the room for Ankita. After this, next day, Ankita’s missing information was given to her father and she also lodged her missing in revenue post.
At the same time, local people told that hotels and resorts here are being operated by people from outside states. In such situation, there is possibility of criminal incidents in hotels and resorts.
At the same time, police have taken all the three accused in their custody and preparations are being made to take strict action against the three.
