Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami paid homage to the martyred state agitators by laying a wreath at the martyr memorial in Mussoorie today and also honored the families of the martyred state agitators.
He said that due to the sacrifice of the state agitators, we got the state of Uttarakhand. The Chief Minister said that a 10-year roadmap is being prepared to make Uttarakhand a leading state in the country.
The Chief Minister said that Rs 1.50 crore has been sanctioned for the construction of the building of Garhwal Sabha in Mussoorie, if more funds are needed for this, it will be given.
The Chief Minister said that arrangements would be made to depict the state agitators through the film. So that the heroic tales of the state agitators can be shown to the youth of the state.
The Chief Minister said that our mothers and sisters played an important role in the Uttarakhand state movement. Strongly advocated for 30% horizontal reservation for women of the state. For this the government is preparing to go to court.
He said that a suitable solution would be found after examining the horizontal reservation of the state agitators. The Chardham of Uttarakhand is the main center of faith for the people of the country and the world.
Let us tell you that Prime Minister Narendra Modi told the holy land of Shri Kedarnath that this decade will be the decade of Uttarakhand. Continuous efforts are being made by the state government in this direction.
During this, state agitators including cabinet minister Ganesh Joshi, former MLA Jot Singh Gunsola, Kashi Singh Airi, Mussoorie Municipal Council President Anuj Gupta were present.
