Prithvi Shaw-Sapna Gill: FIR lodged against cricketer Prithvi Shaw, Sapna Gill made these allegations

An FIR has been registered against Indian cricketer Prithvi Shaw in the selfie controversy on Tuesday (February 21). Social media influencer Sapna Gill’s lawyer Ali Kashif Deshmukh has given this information. Apart from Prithvi, a criminal complaint has been filed against Ashish Surendra Yadav, Brijesh and others for molesting Sapna Gill and other cases.

Ali Kashif Deshmukh said that Prithvi Shaw and others have been booked under sections 34, 120B, 144, 146, 148, 149, 323, 324, 351, 354 and 509. Please tell that Sapna Gill got bail on Monday in the selfie controversy case. Along with Gill, three others were also granted bail. Significantly, last week there was a controversy in Mumbai regarding taking a selfie with Prithvi Shaw. During this, Sapna Gill had an altercation with Prithvi Shaw. Also his car was attacked.

Four people were arrested
After this case, the Mumbai Police arrested four people including Sapna Gill. After this he was produced in the court. However, the court rejected the police’s application for four-day remand of the accused. Subsequently, Gill, his friend Shobhit Thakur and two others Rudra Solanki and Sahil Singh were sent to jail in judicial custody for 14 days.

After being sent to judicial custody, the social media influencer and other accused had filed a bail application before the court. On Monday, the Metropolitan Magistrate of Andheri Court granted bail to all after hearing the arguments. Gill, in his application filed through advocate Kashif Ali Khan, claimed that the FIR against him has been registered on completely false and fabricated allegations.
