Bageshwar Dham of Chhatarpur district of Madhya Pradesh has been in constant discussion for a long time. On February 11, the narrator’s brother Dhirendra Shastri assaulted a Dalit family and threatened them while brandishing a gun.
A case has been registered against Dhirendra Shastri’s brother on this matter. The matter came to light after the video of the incident went viral on social media.
According to information, an FIR has been registered against Shaligram Garg, brother of Peethadhishwar Dhirendra Krishna Shastri of Bageshwar Dham.

Shaligram is accused of allegedly using foul language at a wedding ceremony. The police have registered an FIR against Shaligram under sections 294, 323, 506, 427 of the ST Act.

The matter pertains to Gadha village Bamitha police station late night of 11th February. Saurabh Garg alias Shaligram, the younger brother of Peethadhishwar Pandit Dhirendra Krishna Shastri, had assaulted the Dalit family.
It is being told that on February 11, the baraat had gone from Atkohan in Lavakushnagar to Gadha village Bageshwar Dham, where the dispute took place at 12 o’clock in the night. It is alleged that the bride’s maternal uncle and brother from a Dalit family were assaulted.
In the viral video, Saurabh Garg is seen threatening a Dalit family with a cigarette in his mouth and a dagger in one hand. The alleged victim’s family was busy with their daughter’s wedding when the incident took place.
