Chamoli: Cracks have appeared in the walls near Singhdwara of Badrinath temple. However, these cracks do not pose any threat to the temple. Giving information, ASI team has said that there is no danger to the temple due to the cracks.
Archaeological Survey of India (ASI) team that reached the spot said that these cracks would be remedied soon. At the moment no one has to fear.
Team, led by ASI’s treatment expert Neeraj Maithani, inspected the cracks near the Singhdwara of Badrinath temple.
Treatment experts Neeraj Maithani and Ashish Semwal said that there are slight cracks on the walls near the Singhdwara.
Survey work on behalf of ASI for the treatment of cracks has been completed on Saturday.
Badrinath, Kedarnath temple committee chairman Ajendra Ajay and the temple committee’s media in-charge Dr. Harish Gaur were also present with ASI team during this time. They do not pose any threat to the temple.
