Uttarakhand BJP active for Lok Sabha elections, two-day State Working Committee meeting begins

Bhartiya Janata Party (BJP) Uttarakhand unit has become active for the Lok Sabha elections. The policies of the government and the programs of the organization were discussed in the meeting of the BJP State Working Committee on Sunday. Party officials emphasized on better coordination between the government and the organization for the strength of the organization.

National General Secretary and State Incharge Dushyant Gautam and National Vice President Rekha Verma attended the working committee meeting held at a resort in Raiwala. On the first day of the meeting, various schemes of the central and state government and the action plan of the organization were discussed in detail in the meeting of state officials.

State in-charge Dushyant Gautam started the meeting with a development exhibition based on the theme of ‘Garib Kalyan Sankalp Hamara, Uttarakhand develops with BJP’. All the office bearers involved in the working committee observed the development works and public welfare schemes of the central and state government displayed in this.

State in-charge Dushyant Gautam said that the plans of the central government and the programs directed by the national leadership of the party are being discussed in detail in this meeting to be organized as part of the organizational process. This includes Mann Ki Baat program at the booth level, action plan for Ek Bharat Shreshtha Bharat programs, importance of India’s presidency in G-20 and programs for social participation.

Discuss Outline of Programs
Apart from this, discussions will be held on the action plan to make the party strong and active, formation of strong Mandal active booth and Panna committee, report of organizational circle in the state, report of activities of fronts, action plan of social media.

In the first session of the meeting, BJP state president Mahendra Bhatt said that work has to be done in coordination with all sections of the society. Party programs have to be organized keeping in view their religious, social, cultural, important great men and days. Regarding Mann Ki Baat programme, he made it clear that on the last Sunday of the month, the time from 11 to 12 noon has to be reserved for every party functionary.
