Wearing mask mandatory in Parliament, vigilance regarding rising Covid

Covid has started to scare again. Corona cases are increasing rapidly in many countries including China. The Government of India has also become alert regarding Corona. Masks were also made mandatory in Parliament on Thursday.

Today, the Speakers of both the Houses reached the Parliament wearing masks to give a message to the country on Corona infection. Apart from them, many MPs of BJP and opposition were also seen wearing masks.


Lok Sabha Speaker Om Birla appealed to all MPs to wear masks during the proceedings of the session. Om Birla said that we should be careful. Members of Parliament should use masks. PM Modi has called a high-level meeting this afternoon regarding Corona.

Rajya Sabha President Jagdeep Dhankhar also appealed to the MPs to wear masks. PM Modi has called a meeting to review the situation of Corona in the country. Earlier on Wednesday, the Union Health Ministry held a review meeting of Corona.

Covid explosion in the world
Covid has exploded in many countries of the world. After the increased case in China, it is spreading rapidly. Corona patients have also increased in America and Japan. In the last 24 hours, 5.37 lakh corona cases have been found worldwide. At the same time, 1396 people have lost their lives during this period.

According to the data of Corona World Speedometer, 323 deaths have been recorded in the last 24 hours in America, 127 in France, 197 in Brazil, 59 in South Korea, 296 in Japan, 59 in Russia.
