Ankita Murder Case: SIT chargesheet in court after NARCO test

Dehradun: Due to the continuous lack of evidence in the famous Ankita murder case of the state, the SIT (SIT) is now preparing for the NARCO test of all the three accused.

It is being told that during the investigation by the SIT, many questions were not answered by the accused, due to which many evidences in the investigation are still far away from the SIT. The missing evidence also includes the case of Ankita and accused Pulkit along with the VIP guest.

SIT is not aware of these evidences, on which the SIT is now going to get the narco test done on all the three accused for correct answers to the questions. For which SIT will soon seek permission from the court.

Only after the NARCO test, now the SIT will collect strong evidence against the accused and file a charge sheet in the court. Let us tell you that the third month has started in the Ankita murder case, but the SIT has not been able to gather solid evidence so far. But, the SIT has to file a charge sheet in the court before December 22, for which the investigation team is now going to get the NARCO test done once.

The investigation team will collect evidence from the information received from the accused after the NARCO test, because the information of the accused in the NARCO test court is not valid in the court, the SIT will collect evidence from the information, which will lead to a strong case against the accused in the charge sheet in the court. Got evidence.

In the same case, ADG Law and Order V Murugesan says that there are many unresolved questions in the case, for which the three accused are not giving correct answers to the investigation team, for which the answers to those questions will now be prepared through NARCO test, after which Evidence will be collected.
