Gonda ASP action against two constable for overturned fruit seller handcart

Gonda: In district headquarter, two police constable overturned fruit seller cart which set up at RTI crossroads of the city.

Seeing the matter deteriorating, ASP Santosh Kumar Mishra reached the spot, handled matter carefully. At the same time, two policemen guilty in this case were immediately suspended.

According to the information received, at 7.30 pm on Friday, the police had overturned his handcart while committing indecency with Bablu, who had set up a fruit cart at the ITI intersection of the city in the name of Corona curfew. A crowd gathered there about this and created a ruckus.

According to the victim Bablu, two constables reached him on Friday evening and asked him to challan his handcart, citing the Corona curfew.

On this, when he said that it is time to open the shop till 9 pm, angry policemen overturned his handcart. Due to this the fruit kept on the handcart fell on the ground below.

Seeing this sight of police brutality, a crowd of people gathered. Seeing the crowd, the policemen kept walking from there.

On information, ASP Shivraj and other police officers reached the spot. He took information about the whole matter from the handcart and local people and also helped financially.
