New Delhi: Former Congress president Rahul Gandhi on Wednesday said that at this point of time, there is no need for “BJP’s familiar lies and slogans” to cover up the shortage of anti-coronavirus vaccines in the country, but prompt and complete vaccination. This time is needed.

Congress leader tweeted, citing a news story, “India needs quick and complete vaccination, not ‘BJP’s familiar lies and slogans’ to cover up the lack of anti-corona vaccines.”

Rahul Gandhi alleged, “constant efforts being made to save the fake image of Prime Minister is helping the virus and threatening lives of the people.”
He cited reportedly said that several scientists refused to support move to increase the gap between two doses of vaccines.

Earlier, Rahul Gandhi has said on the news related to the beating of an old man for not saying Shri Ram in Ghaziabad, adjacent to Delhi, that a true Ram devotee can never be cruel.
Gandhi tweeted on Tuesday, “I am not ready to believe that true devotees of Shri Ram can do this. Such cruelty is far from humanity and is shameful for both society and religion.
Along with this, he has posted a news in which he said, “In Ghaziabad, the elder was beaten up for not saying Shri Ram, the beard was cut with a gun on the temple, the police arrested two.”
