Srinagar: Senior Congress leader Ghulam Nabi Azad is on a three-day visit to Jammu and Kashmir after the Rajya Sabha term is over. During this, Ghulam Nabi said, “I have retired from Rajya Sabha, not retired from politics.” He said that he has not retired from Parliament for the first time.
He said, “Today, after many years we are not part of the state, our identity has been lost. The fight will be continued inside and outside our Parliament to regain the status of the state. When then there will be no elected ministers and chief ministers.” , Till then this condition of unemployment, roads and schools will continue. ”
During this visit, many G-23 leaders were also present along with Ghulam Nabi Azad. During the rally in Jammu on Saturday, Congress leader Ghulam Nabi Azad welcomed the Congress leaders from Delhi.
Earlier in the beginning of the program, Ghulam Nabi Azad said, “And the leaders also wanted to attend the event but I refused them. I said that people would start speculating. I asked them to come next time.” During this he welcomed Anand Sharma, Bhupendra Singh Hooda.
He said, “Many senior leaders of the party who are present here have raised the voice of the people of Jammu and Kashmir in Parliament. At one time 23 Congress leaders questioned the top leadership of the party. After which they were called G Also known as -23. ”
Those reaching Jammu included former Haryana CM Bhupendra Singh Hooda, former UP Congress chief Raj Babbar, former Union Minister Anand Sharma and Kapil Sibal.
