Prime Minister Narendra Modi has said, the country is moving forward with big goals and development-oriented objectives in the Amrit Kaal of Independence.
He said employment opportunities are also increasing due to these development works and structural construction being done to fulfill these goals.
Mr Modi was virtually addressing a training program for newly-appointed teachers organized in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh today.
Highlighting the importance of the New Education Policy, the Prime Minister said, emphasis has to be laid on all-round development of children and to build a modern and developed India.
Mentioning various schemes, such as Mudra Yojana, One Station One Product and One District One Product, the Prime Minister said the government aims to make more and more people self-reliant through financial assistance and skill training.
Emphasizing on skill development, Mr Modi informed that 30 new Skill India Centers will be opened in the country soon. He also mentioned the efforts to connect small businessmen with MSMEs by training them through Pradhan Mantri Vishwakarma Yojana.
Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan also addressed the training program. On the occasion, appointment letters were handed over to the newly-appointed teachers.
