Aryan Khan finally gets bail in drug case
Mumbai: The Bombay High Court today granted bail to Bollywood actor Shah Rukh Khan’s son Aryan Khan in the cruise ship drug case. Apart from Aryan, Arbaaz Merchant and Munmum Dhamecha have also got bail.
Aryan Khan and others were arrested from a cruise on the night of October 2 by the NCB team for having a drug party.
Aryan had moved the Bombay High Court after the local court did not grant bail. From where he got the bail today. Aryan got bail after 25 days of custody.
Senior advocate Mukul Rohatgi, who is fighting Aryan Khan’s case, told outside the court that the hearing lasted for three days in the Bombay High Court.
After hearing the arguments of both the sides, the court has granted bail to Aryan Khan, Arbaaz Merchant, Munmun Dhamecha.
The detailed order on bail will come tomorrow, so it is expected that tomorrow evening or on Saturday everyone will come out of jail.
