PM Modi to address ASEAN-India summit today

New Delhi: Prime Minister Narendra Modi will address the 18th ASEAN-India summit today via video link. During this, the strategic partnership between the two sides will be reviewed.

Along with this, the progress made in the field of trade and investment due to economic reforms after Corona will be discussed.

At the same time, the progress made in key areas including health, trade and commerce, connectivity and education and culture will also be discussed.

The PMO said that the ASEAN-India summit is held every year and through this, India and ASEAN get an opportunity to connect at the highest level.

PM Modi will leave today on a five-day visit to Italy and the UK. During this PM Modi will participate in the G20 summit.

The two-day summit begins in Italy from 30 October. After that he will go on a tour of Glasgow, UK. In the conference, PM Modi will discuss Afghanistan.
