Patna: Leader of Opposition in Bihar Legislative Assembly Tejashwi Yadav on Sunday targeted Chief Minister Nitish Kumar for registering an FIR against two journalists and asked why he was afraid of ‘those who exposed the ground truth’.
One of the two reporters is from Buxar, who cited alleged fraud in the inauguration of an ambulance by Union Minister Ashwini Kumar Choubey.
At the same time, the other reporter is from Gaya, who exposed the alleged wrongdoings in a local hospital and demanded his attention.
Tejashwi Yadav said, “Nitish Kumar has started a new trend in Bihar. His government is registering an FIR against honest journalists who paid duty to reveal the ground reality and truth of Bihar. The fake ambulance inauguration of Union Minister Ashwini Choubey was uncovered by a reporter of a private news channel. ”
Let us tell you that on May 15, Union Minister Choubey had inaugurated an ambulance, but reporter Umesh Pandey said that Choubey has inaugurated the same ambulance three times in the past.
Tejashwi Yadav said in a tweet that the minister had paid the ambulance owner to bring the vehicle to the venue for one day, so that he could flag it, and after the virtual inauguration, the owner took the ambulance for personal work. Withdrew
