Uttarakhand: Sex racket was running rampantly in house, 3 including 2 foreign girl arrested

Accused were running Sex racket in Uttarakhand of online prostitution through Facebook and WhatsApp in name of Escort Service Massage Center in the areas of Rudrapur, Kichha, Haldwani, Nainital, Ramnagar etc.

Rudrapur: Uttarakhand is becoming stronghold of sex racket trading place. Once again sensational case related to prostitution is coming out from here. Human Trafficking Police has busted big body trading gang in transit camp of Rudrapur.

SOG in-charge and team of Anti Human Trafficking Unit arrested three people including two Bangladeshi women on Thursday running Sex racket in Uttarakhand. Accused were found indulging in immoral activities in a house in Phulsunga, transit camp.

Apart from Bangladeshi currency, Bangladeshi passport, many objectionable items have been found from them. Police has registered case and formed an SIT to investigate the matter.

SSP Manjunath TC disclosed the matter in police office. Giving information, he said that SOG in-charge, along with team of Anti Human Trafficking Unit, Savitri Colony, Phulsunga, Transit Camp I had raided house of a woman.

There was also information about doing unethical work in name of escort service. SSP Manjunath TC said that the matter is very serious and SIT has been constituted to investigate it.

Necessary information regarding Bangladeshi nationals is being obtained by contacting embassy. Apart from IB, NIA (National Investigation Agency) is also being informed.

Police have recovered three passports, Bangladeshi currency, three PAN cards, seven mobiles, one car, visiting card holder album, Rs 28,700, gold chain, three Aadhaar cards, one scooty, along with incriminating material.

Let us inform that accused were running Sex racket in Uttarakhand of online prostitution through Facebook and WhatsApp in name of Escort Service Massage Center in the areas of Rudrapur, Kichha, Haldwani, Nainital, Ramnagar etc.

It used to share pictures to customers via WhatsApp and then send call girls to customers. Photos of the girls were sent to the people through Facebook and WhatsApp and call girl was made available to customer.

Police have registered report under Immoral Traffic Prevention Act 1956, Section 12 of Passport Act 1967 and Section 14 of Foreigners Act 1946.
