Rishikesh: Sensational Ankita’s murder case not only shocked the state but entire the country. Now, charge sheet of Ankita Bhandari murder case is almost ready and it is to be presented in court by SIT investigation team.
It is believed that the charge sheet will be filed within 10 days. That is, now it depends on the court what decision has to be taken next.
It is reported that the SIT has received 4 FSL reports related to this case and they have been presented in the court.
500-pages chargesheet prepared by the SIT will contain statements of around 30 witnesses. On the other hand, there is news that in total, the initial reports of 4 samples have been filed in the court. However, the FSL report of important samples like DNA, Bisra is yet to come.
In this case, statements of more than 30 witnesses will be recorded in the court. Out of these, 6 main witnesses are such, whose statements have already been recorded in the court.
Here you will also know that the state government wants to hear this case in a fast track court. An appeal has been made in the Uttarakhand High Court for this.
It is expected that the High Court will get the approval to hear this case in the fast track court. If this happens, then on the instructions of the High Court, the fast track court will go to the remand district sessions court at Pauri Garhwal headquarters.
There will be daily hearings. Overall, the investigation is in its final stages. There is strong evidence to convict the accused. Overall, the charge sheet can be filed within the next 10 days in the Ankita Bhandari murder case.
