Indian Prime Minister’s name has come up in the political turmoil in Pakistan. There is constant political rhetoric between Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chief Imran Khan and Pakistan Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif. This rhetoric has increased after the deadly attack on Imran Khan. In the latest case, PTI leader Fawad Hussain has taunted Shahbaz Sharif.
Chaudhry Fawad Hussain has said that Wazirabad tragedy could not be registered due to lack of rule of law in the country. Powerful groups are taking hostage of the country’s political and judicial system. He further said that the army in Pakistan is a Muslim power, but now under the leadership of Imran Khan, people are becoming an organized force.
Atmosphere changed after attack on Imran Khan
Significantly, after the attack on Imran Khan in Pakistan, the atmosphere has changed. There was firing on Imran Khan during a rally in which he was badly injured. The person who attacked Imran Khan was caught on the spot and confessed his crime and said that he had come to kill Imran Khan and opened fire. Since this attack, Imran Khan’s party PTI has been continuously attacking the current government.
PTI workers and leaders also protested about this. In this case, the PTI party was continuously registering its protest regarding the delay in the police FIR. Although the police has registered an FIR but has done so after the order of the Supreme Court. On the other hand, Imran Khan’s party has rejected this FIR outright. Fawad Hussain says that if the names of the three accused mentioned by Imran Khan are not in the FIR, then it is just a piece of paper.
