899 people got ‘expired’ vaccines in New York City, US
New York: At a vaccination centre in Times Square in New York City, US, about 900 people were given expired vaccines.

The New York City Department of Health said these 899 people who received a dose of Pfizer vaccine at the NFL Experience Building in Times Square between June 5 and 10 should receive another dose of Pfizer as soon as possible.

ATC Vaccination Services, the city’s contractual vaccine company, said in a statement, “We apologize and apologize for the inconvenience caused to people receiving expired vaccines. We want to tell the people that we have been told that the vaccine they have administered does not pose any threat to them.”
