Divisional Commissioner Deepak Rawat (IAS) listened to the public problems by holding public court of the complainants. 56 complaints related to family dispute, TC (Transfer Certificate), private land dispute, revenue, road, electricity, employment, disaster, drinking water, land, encroachment, network problem etc. were registered by the complainants in Janata Darbar.
On this occasion, the Divisional Commissioner resolved the problem by directly calling the complainant and the officers in relation to the complaints received in the public court in the past. Dheeraj Kumar Sharma resident of village Jhutia Ramgarh informed that the houses and land of eight families were completely damaged in the disaster due to last year’s disaster in Ramgarh area.
People told their problems to the Divisional Commissioner
He said that till now the allotment of land has not been made to the affected families, in respect of which the Commissioner directed the Deputy Collector, Nainital to allot the land to the affected families at the earliest. Laxmi Arya Resident Housing Development, Haldwani apprised.
Said that the transfer certificate (TC) of his child is not being given by the Himalayan Public School Housing Development, in view of the seriousness of the matter and the right to education, the commissioner called the school representative from the Himalayan school on the spot and settled the matter. The TC of the child was made available to the family today itself.
Child’s TC problem solved immediately
A similar case was apprised by Asha, a student of class VIII, resident of Devalchaud, that she is a student of LSVN school and she is also not being given TC by the school, in connection with which the commissioner called a representative from the school and got TC on the spot.
Ramesh Chandra Sharma, resident of Haldwani Ward No. 12 informed that some chaotic persons are consuming liquor while sitting in the park in Rajpura Park, in this regard, the Municipal Commissioner has been instructed to take necessary action.
