Haldwani: Rangarang program of Vijayadashami at Ananda Academy, was celebrated by the school manager Bhupendra Singh Bisht by lighting the lamp in front of portrait of Father of the nation Mahatma Gandhi and former Prime Minister Lal Bahadur Shastri.
After this, under direction of director Diksha Bisht, there was beautiful presentation of speech, group dance, solo dance, dandiya, group song, song – “Vaishnav Jan Ko” by the children.
Manager, taking lessons from the path of Mahatma Gandhi and Shastri ji, inspired the children to give right direction to their lives.
Throwing light on importance of Vijayadashami, he urged to follow simple, intuitive personality of Rama and try to stay away from Ravana’s arrogance and incest.
After this, effigy of Ravana was burnt as symbol of victory of truth over falsehood. All programs were organized under supervision of Ananda Academy Principal Maya Bisht.
Teachers Richa Bohra, Neelam, Prakshi, Tanuja, Chandrakala, Deepa, Bhavna, Deepak, Rajendra, Virendra etc. cooperated. Thanks were sent to the school family on behalf of school management for successful organization of program.
