Barabanki: District Magistrate Barabanki Dr Adarsh Singh has issued guidelines fixing the accountability of departmental officers for the successful implementation of Communicable Disease Control Campaign and “Dastak Abhiyan”.
In a meeting held at the Collectorate’s Public Auditorium, the DM addressed the Chief Medical Officer, District Panchayat Raj Officer, Officer-in-Charge, Local Body, District Basic Education Officer, Deputy Agriculture Director, District Program Officer, District Social Welfare Officer for Communicable Disease Control Campaign and Dastak Abhiyan. , District Horticulture Officer, Divyangjan Welfare Officer, District Agriculture Officer, District Development Officer, Chief Veterinary Officer and Additional District Information Officer have been directed to understand the responsibilities related to their respective departments and start preparations accordingly.
Barababki District Magistrate said that in this year also, the Communicable Disease Control campaign will run from July 01 to July 31, 2021 and the Dastak campaign from July 12 to July 25, 2021.
TBarababki District Magistrate said that in order to successfully control communicable diseases and encephalitis, the main departments such as Medical and Health, Medical Education, Urban Development, Panchayati Raj / Rural Development, Animal Husbandry, Child Development Services and Nutrition, Education Department, Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities, Agriculture And proper coordination and contribution between irrigation, information, garden etc. is important.
Communicable Disease Control Campaign – Prepare a village wise, month wise action plan of the works to be done in the month of July 2021 and prepare a block/district level integrated action plan by presenting it in the block and district level coordination committee.
He also directed that “Dastak Abhiyan” is to be organized in the month of July from 12 to 25 July for wide public awareness regarding encephalitis, Kovid-19 and other infectious diseases in the district.
Through this campaign, the goal is to spread the message of education and behaviour change related to encephalitis to every household and family of the village, which should be realized by making every effort. In this, ASHA, Anganwadi, ANM, which should be made a reality by making every effort.
In this, special cooperation of ASHA, Anganwadi, ANM, school teacher, village head / village development officer should be taken. Heads of departments in all government offices, teachers in schools, executive officers in urban bodies and village development officers at village level should be made aware to adopt all necessary measures for environmental and personal hygiene and prevention of diseases.
Responsibility has been fixed by the DM by nominating the CMO as the nodal officer for this campaign, in which he has been instructed to prepare the action plan of the district after getting the action plan of all the departments and integrating it and ensure that it is made available to the government in time. Do it.
