New Delhi: The Council for the Indian School Certificate Examination (CISCE Board) will declare the dates of exams for 10th (ICSE) and 12th (ISC) after the period of lockdown implemented by the central government.
However, in order to complete the remaining examinations soon, these examinations will also be taken on Saturday and Sunday after lockdown.
These examis of ICSE and ISC by CISCE Board will be conducted after the Central Government’s directive on lockdown.
CISCE Secretary Gary Arathoon, in the subject, “The Board will release the new dates of the remaining examinations at least eight days before the commencement of the examination.”
He said, “Schools will also be ready to take the exam during this time. Students will also be able to prepare for the exam. Examinations of 6 subjects of X and eight subjects of XII are yet to be done. ”
The CISCE Board says that due to the lockdwon, the exams have not been conducted yet.
According to the board, the results will be released within six to eight weeks after the completion of the examination.
The board has decided that during this period, the concerned schools of CISCE can admit students of class X into Class XI.
The CISCE Board has directed schools to continue the online syllabus designed for students, so that students who are unable to go to school due to lockdown can continue their studies.
According to the board, various schools can incorporate fun and creative lessons to teach children from first to eighth grade.
