Uttarakhand Public Service Commission (UKPSC) has excluded 603 candidates from recruitment process for not depositing fee for the Provincial Civil Service (PCS) Mains exam. These candidates have not submitted their fee by the stipulated time even after repeated warnings.
According to Uttarakhand Public Service Commission Secretary Girdhari Singh Rawat, candidates were selected for the PCS main examination last year on June 3, June 28, June 29, August 2, August 10, September 9, September 27, October 20 and October 29.

On August 10, a letter was issued regarding depositing the fee for the PCS exam. Despite this, there are 603 candidates who have not deposited the fee till the due date. As per the rules, the candidature of all these candidates has been cancelled. Now they will not be able to appear in the PCS main examination to be held between February 23-26.
