Rudrapur: Drunken son stabbed his father to death with a sharp weapon

Rudrapur: In Shantipuri number one of Pantnagar police station area, the son attacked the ex-serviceman father with a sharp weapon under the influence of alcohol. In Anan Phanan, the injured was taken to Kichha Hospital where the doctor declared him brought dead. As soon as the incident was reported, the police reached the spot and took the accused into custody.

However, the relatives have not yet given a written complaint to the police. In the police inquiry, it has come to know that Bhajman Giri was addicted to alcohol. He used to fight every day after drinking alcohol. Even on Thursday late night, he was fighting in the house after drinking alcohol.

Meanwhile, father Diwan Giri (58), who came to the rescue, was attacked with a knife by accused Bhajman Giri. It is being told that Diwan Giri was injured due to the attack of a sharp weapon in the chest.

Due to this accident, a mountain of sorrows has broken on the family. The condition of the deceased daughter has become bad by crying.

Neighbors are consoling the weeping relatives. No one would have imagined that the son’s alcohol addiction would take his father’s life.

Suddenly, the injured was taken to Kichha Hospital where he was declared brought dead. At midnight, Ankit, the younger son of the deceased informed the police about the incident.
